The
Radi recreation centre is located near Broceni on the shore of Lake
Ciecere, exactly halfway between Riga and Liepaja. Radi operates all
year round, providing a wide range of activities to suit the season:
During the summer, Radi is an excellent place for leisure activities
on and in the water, and the parkland and forest are a great place
for organizing entertainment and sports activities.
In
autumn, Radi is the perfect place to enjoy some peace and quiet,
taking healthy walks through the amazing colors of the forest, or
maybe indulging in the traditional hobby of mushroom picking?
In
winter you can warm up in a Latvian humid hot-air sauna, including
leaf and honey treatments, jump through the ice-hole into the frozen
lake or take it easy and just roll in the snow before running back
to the sauna to re-heat!
Spring is a time for bird watching - swans, wild geese and cranes
are frequent guests on Lake Ciecere.
The
maximum number of guests during the summer is 150, during other
seasons it is normally reduced to 30.
Our
kitchens can cater for all size groups, providing a tempting range
of dishes, from traditional Latvian foods through to specialized
dishes of your choosing (where available). Our chef will cook to
meet your wishes.
During summertime we recommend having meals outside with a
picturesque view over the lake.
You
are welcome to celebrate your family holidays or come out to party
with your friends leaving behind the rush of the city.
